Are you strong enough to take new things, solve new problems? “New” could be new scale, new products, new platforms, or something else new.
In every job, there is an opportunity to simplify something, usually a process. Simpler usually equals greater efficiency, i.e., quicker or cheaper and is always desirable.
Are you curious and well informed and can be creative in thinking of solutions
Can you easily generate multiple ideas for problem solving. Can you find answers by looking into how other departments or other industries do things?
Above all, will you try to improve things, not just accept the status quo blindly?
